All you First Responders out there, Happy New year - Cant believe its 2019 already.

Episode #11 - I dive into the importance of recognizing and celebrating your achievements in 2018 before looking forward and setting your goals for the next 12 months.

I discuss the importance of setting goals, not only personal, professional, and spiritually, but the reason why you want to improve and better yourself in each category. Figure out your WHY – so figure out what drives you, and why you feel its important to set goals in each category. This will help you persevere when times get tough, or when your motivation or any distractions try to derail you.

This podcast I also discuss a short list to help you newbie investors get started, and help wrap your head around your first rental property. This list could have been in 3x longer, but this is a great starting point. I was given something similar from my coach years ago, so hope it helps you all get started and get your mind right before starting on your investing journey.

IMPORTANT – try and love the process! Find enjoyment out of it. Investing is fun when done properly and there’s a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment you receive once you complete a project, or a goal. Be confident and move forward.
